These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Green Acres Outdoor Services, operated by Clint Green, based in Troy, Illinois. By requesting or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Green Acres Outdoor Services provides free estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on a visual inspection of the property and information provided by the client. Estimates are not guaranteed final pricing — actual costs may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, or if the scope of work changes. Any significant changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling is confirmed directly between the client and Green Acres Outdoor Services. We do our best to honor scheduled dates, but scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Green Acres Outdoor Services has lawful access to the property where work is to be performed. Clients should identify and communicate the location of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, buried structures, or other hazards prior to the start of work. Green Acres Outdoor Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground infrastructure.
By scheduling services, the client grants Green Acres Outdoor Services permission to access the property for the purposes of completing the agreed work. Clint Green will operate equipment on the property as needed to complete the job safely and efficiently.
Green Acres Outdoor Services reserves the right to reschedule or halt work due to unsafe weather or site conditions. The safety of the operator and the equipment takes precedence over job completion timelines. Rescheduling will be communicated as early as possible.
Green Acres Outdoor Services will make reasonable efforts to perform work carefully and professionally. We are not liable for damage to property features that were not disclosed prior to work beginning, including underground utilities, irrigation lines, buried fencing, or other hidden infrastructure. Clients are encouraged to identify and mark any such features before the job starts.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Green Acres Outdoor Services reserves the right to require a deposit for larger projects. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.
Green Acres Outdoor Services may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
